Jay Bryant, founder and owner of Badj, LLC, left the construction industry in 2004 to pursue adjusting insurance claims. Jay began his insurance adjusting career adjusting NFIP flood-loss claims later progressing into a file examiner, trainer, field manager and storm manager. As Jay furthered his career, he became a FEMA/NFIP Bureau and Statistical Agent General Adjuster and expert witness for FIMA/FEMA Office of Chief Council. After completing a contract project in 2015 where Jay worked directly with the Office of Chief Council, he began work on creating Badj when the opportunity arose allowing Jay to serve as a special assistant to FEMA / NFIP.
